Hello, I'm Jose “Joe” Fernandes.  I am the owner of Signature Home Renovations & Repairs.  I began my career at the age of 14, when I enrolled in the carpentry shop in high school.  Thirty years later, I'm still doing what I love to do - working in my trade and working with people who truly appreciate quality workmanship.

I enjoy working personally with each of  my clients and I take great pride in every project no matter the size. Each completed project is an expression of myself - my signature, so to speak.

My team will provide you with quality service under my guidance.  My team is made up of only experienced craftsman and are chosen by me to join our working family. Each and every one on my team continuously participates in various educational opportunities and industry related events to keep up-to-date on various new procedures and state-of-the-art techniques.

I live in Wilmington with my wife Diane and my children, Isabel and Robert. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy music, gardening, deep sea fishing, sports, and maintaining my Portuguese heritage and traditions.
